• How does my purchase help animal rescue?
  • We donate a portion of our profits from the previous month at the beginning of each moth to Saving South Texas Animal Rescue. The donation goes towards food, medical, training and other basic needs.   We plan on adding more local rescues as we grow but are currently only partnered with one. 

 

• How do I determine what spice level I want?

  • The spice level is a determinate of explicit content in a book and this can be very subjective and may vary for individuals and businesses. Below you will find our general definition of our specific spice level rating system. 

    • No spice - this does not mean no love interest but there won't be much more than a basic kiss or hand holding

    • Low or 1/2- this will be considered closed door romance or slightly more- meaning that there may be descriptive touching or kissing scenes but any intercourse scenes will not be described but implied and possibly generally referenced with little detail or will have minimal detail

    • Mild 2/3- this rating means intercourse scenes will be described in more detail and may last a bit longer on the page. Though they are not generally considered explicit. 

    • Medium 3/4- scenes are explicit with descriptive language, may include BDSM, role play, hentai, etc... / Books with this rating may also come with trigger warnings for a multitude of scenarios such as SA flashbacks, stalking, etc.. this will mostly be found if you choose the following categories Historical fiction, Horror, Dark Romance/Fiction 

    • Hot 5+-scenes are extremely explicit with fully descriptive language, may include BDSM, role play, hentai, etc... this option will generally have 3 or more explicit scenes  / Books with this rating may also come with trigger warnings for a multitude of scenarios such as SA flashbacks, stalking, etc.. this will mostly be found if you choose the following categories Historical fiction, Horror, Dark Romance/Fiction
