Refund policy

There are no refunds on any orders but we do offer exchanges see below for details. 

We have a 7 day return policy that applies to damaged books or duplicate books. 

Duplicate Book Exchange Policy

If you receive a duplicate book from us (it must be a book we have already sent you) either through a one time purchase or through the subscription you have 7 days to notify us via email and we will send you a return label and replace the book. When we receive the book we will send out your replacement. Book must be received within 30 days of receiving the return label.

If we are not notified within 7 days of you receiving your order than you forfeit your right to an exchange. 

Damaged Books Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged book you have 7 days to notify us via email with pictures (pictures of damage must be provided, so we can file a shipping claim)and we will send you a return label. When we receive the book we will send out your replacement. Book must be received within 30 days of receiving the return label.

 

There are no exchanges on books unless you meet one of the above requirements.  While we work hard to find and vet books, everyone's taste and interests are personal and there is a chance you may receive a book you did not thoroughly enjoy. We do hope that you find the books we choose to be enjoyable but cannot guarantee you will enjoy every selection we have made.
